
Welcome to Beeston Village Surgery. This website is for both existing patients and those considering registering with us. It tells you about our services, how to access them and some general information about how our practice operates. If you live in our practice area and would like to register with us please complete one of our registration forms. These are available from our reception. All patients over 16 years of age are expected to attend for a medical with the Clinical Support Worker or Practice Nurse.
Beeston Village Surgery is part of the NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board, a member of South East Leeds General Practice Group and Beeston PCN.
Beeston Village Surgery is a training practice for GP registrars; Dr Rashmi Shivamurthy is our GP Trainer.

It is important to let us know as soon as possible if you change your address, contact number, email address or name. Please make sure your new address is still within our practice boundary. If your name is changed due to marriage or by Deed Poll please provide us with a copy of the appropriate document.
