Welcome to our practice website

This website is for both existing patients and those considering registering with us. It tells you about our services, how to access them and some general information about how our practice operates. If you live in our practice area and would like to register with us please complete one of our registration forms. These are available from our reception. All patients over 16 years of age are expected to attend for a medical with the Clinical Support Worker or Practice Nurse.

Due to the progression of the Coronavirus pandemic we have put a hold on booking routine face to face appointments until further notice. Telephone consultations will take place. Please continue to contact the surgery for urgent medical matters. Screening and immunisation appointments will continue as normal.

For those self-isolating, self isolation notes are available if needed at

Stay at home to stop coronavirus spreading

Everyone must stay at home to help stop the spread of coronavirus.

You should only leave the house for 1 of 4 reasons:
• shopping for basic necessities, for example food and medicine, which must be as infrequent as possible
• one form of exercise a day, for example a run, walk, or cycle – alone or with members of your household
• any medical need, or to provide care or to help a vulnerable person
• travelling to and from work, but only where this absolutely cannot be done from home

Important: These 4 reasons are exceptions and when doing these activities, you should be minimising time spent outside of the home and ensuring you are 2 metres apart from anyone outside of your household.

The NHS and Public Health England (PHE) are extremely well prepared for outbreaks of new infectious diseases. The NHS has put in place measures to ensure the safety of all patients and NHS staff while also ensuring services are available to the public as normal.

Stay at home if you have either:
- a high temperature; you feel hot to touch on your chest or back
- a new, continuous cough; this means you've started coughing repeatedly

Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital

You do not need to contact 111 to tell them you're staying at home.

Testing for coronavirus is not needed if you're staying at home.

Click here to read the NHS advice about staying home including how long to isolate for.

The NHS 111 online service has created coronavirus pages that tell patients what they should do based on their particular circumstances. These can be accessed by clicking here.

Use the NHS 111 online coronavirus service if:
- you feel you cannot cope with your symptoms at home
- your condition gets worse
- your symptoms do not get better after 7 days

Only call 111 if you cannot get help online.
