The practice

Welcome

This website is for both existing patients and those considering registering with us. It tells you about our services, how to access them and some general information about how our practice operates. If you live in our practice area and would like to register with us please complete one of our registration forms. These are available from our reception. All patients over 5 years of age are expected to attend for a medical with the Clinical Support Worker or Practice Nurse.

If you wish to download a printable Practice Booklet please click here. This is also available in Urdu and Polish. Please note you will need Adobe Reader installed on your computer to view the Booklet. It can be downloaded free at www.adobe.com

All our registered patients, including children have been allocated a named, accountable GP. Your named accountable GP is your registered GP. If you would like confirmation of your named, accountable GP please ask one of our Patient Care Advisers. This does not prevent you from seeing any other doctor or nurse within the practice.

Out of Area Registrations
You now have greater choice when choosing a GP practice. The practice now has the option to register patients who live outside the practice area but without any obligation to provide home visits. This may suit you if you work or study in the area.

Similarly, if you are an existing patient and move out of the area, you can re-register as and Out of Area patient.

For further information please contact our Patient Care Adviser team.

Beeston Village Surgery had a Care Quality Commissioning (CQC) inspection on 6th October 2014 and are pleased to report that the overall rating for our service was good.
