Patient Complaints and Feedback

At Beeston Village Surgery we aim to provide all our patients with a timely, professional and efficient service.

However, we are aware that patients may have a concern or complaint about any aspect of the service provided. If this is the case we would aim to deal with this matter and quickly and amicably as possible.

The practice operates a complaints procedure under the NHS Regulations of 1996, updated April 2009. If you have a genuine complaint please contact our Practice Manager and she will deal with your concerns. A copy of the practice complaint procedure is available upon request.
