Please note the practice does not take requests for repeat prescriptions over the phone. You can request your prescriptions in the following ways:
- Register for online services with one of our Patient Care Advisers. You will need to complete an online services form (available from reception) and provide ID.
- Email our admin team with your request to: [email protected]
- Request your medication from your nominated pharmacy
- Drop off your prescription request in our post box in reception
Please allow 48 hours from when the request is received at the surgery.
